My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing. While the location was great, close to restaurants and attractions, the room itself was dusty, cold, and the jacuzzi was not working. The lack of blanket and issues with the heat made it a less than ideal stay. However, the friendly service partially made up for it.

I battled allergies due to the dust in the room and the cold temperature. The jacuzzi in room 408 was not working as expected, which was disappointing. Plus, there was no blanket, only a sheet on the bed.

The staff was friendly and professional, but I had issues with a $100 deposit during check-in that was unfair and still not refunded. Additionally, they seemed unsure how to handle problems like a leaking tub wetting the carpet and broken seals on the windows.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms smelled overpriced, were outdated, and lacked basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The staff was unhelpful and had a careless attitude. I had to deal with fleas and bugs all night, and it's been a struggle to get a refund for their overcharge. Additionally, the pool was closed with no plans of reopening, which was frustrating.
